ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

  The services that Professional Gamers League Romania (refered as 'PGL') provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (refered as 'TOU'). PGL reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you.

      DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

  Through its network, PGL provides you with access to a variety of resources, including download areas, communication forums, product information, game systems and more (collectively refered as 'Services'). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the TOU.

      PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION.

  Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, broadcast, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, demos or services obtained from the Services.

      NOTICE SPECIFIC TO DEMOS.

  Any demo that is made available to download from the Services is the copyrighted work of PGL. Use of the demo is governed by the TOU, if any, which accompanies or is included with the demo.

  The demo is made available for download solely for use by end users for personal and non-commercial use. Any reproduction or redistribution of the demo not in accordance with the TOU is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

      DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS.

  PGL's network is consisted from several sites that inherit PGL's rights of copyright. These are the following four sites: www.pgl.ro, www.counter-strike.ro and www.computergames.ro.
